Release and Hold Harmless Agreement

Risks Assumed

	The Undersigned assumes the inherent dangerous risks which are involved in riding horses, 
working around horses, or being in close proximity to horses.  These risks may include, but are not 
limited to, damage to personal property, illness, bodily injury, death, and physical harm to horse, rider, 
and spectators. 

Boarder and Visitor Release and Hold Harmless

	In consideration, therefore, for the privilege of boarding, riding, visiting and/or working around 
horses at Cascade Farm and Stables L.L.C., located at 38120 192nd Ave SE, Auburn, Washington, the 
Undersigned does hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cascade Farm and Stables L.L.C., 
Robert Yutzy and his family and agents, and further releases them from any liability or responsibility for 
damages arising from any accident, injury, damage, illness, or death caused by or sustained by the 
Undersigned or any property or horse the Undersigned owns, or to any family member or spectator 
accompanying the Undersigned.

Rider and Buyer Release and Hold Harmless

	Should the Undersigned handle, use or ride a horse owned by or leased to Cascade Farm and 
Stables L.L.C., or Robert Yutzy, the Undersigned assumes all risks and liabilities for injury or death to 
the Undersigned or his or her children or to third parties, and hereby releases Cascade Farm and Stables 
L.L.C., Robert Yutzy and his children or agents from any liability for injury or death and agrees to 
defend and hold harmless the L.L.C. or Yutzy family members from any claim arising from handling, 
use or riding.

Condition of Premises / Safety

	The Undersigned has inspected the Stable's premises, and accepts the facilities and grounds as 
adequate and appropriate for the safety of the Undersigned, its horse(s), children and guests. The 
Undersigned will take all precautions necessary to insure safety of self, other people, and of horses, and 
is advised to wear an approved helmet, or similar protective head gear and wear hard-soled, fully 
enclosed shoes or boots while working around or riding horses, to prevent injuries.
